You can pay for your registration by credit card, or bank transfer until June 6th. Remember that all payments must be made in USD. Please indicate the participant's name, identifier and "Event Name and Year" in ALL payments.
All costs will be borne by the customer placing the order. Please note that payments made by bank transfer may be subject to administrative fees.
The deadline to cancel registrations is May 12, 2022 (inclusive). If you wish to cancel your registration, you must notify MCI in writing before the aforementioned date. Cancellations received before May 12, 2022 (inclusive) will suffer a penalty of 20% of the total paid, as administrative expenses. Refunds will be made within 60 days after the Congress. From May 13, 2022 no refunds will be made.
Yes, the participation certificates, both individual and as a group, can be downloaded from this congress website.
Yes, they are made through the official website of the congress. In the "REGISTRATION" section select "Register Now" and you will be able to choose to do it individually or in groups.

Once the group is confirmed and subscribed, the confirmation will be sent by email.
All speakers and coordinators who have submitted symposium proposals and make up the scientific program must formalize their registration before April 15.
No, you must report it by April 15. Once the registration is confirmed, it is non-transferable.
There is no deadline. During the congress you can also register.
Yes, we have early registration until 28/04/2022, after that date it will be regular registration. You can check rates at: https://iagg2022.org/en/registration/
Within 3 days prior to the congress, the general information will be sent so that they can register for the virtual congress.
The official language of the congress is English. The projected academic content and communications during the conference days will be made in that language.
